How to bond with your new rabbit

so you have a new rabbit  you might want to know how to bond with your rabbit. here i will be telling you how to bond with your new rabbit!

first step

Try not to pick up your rabbit of coarse there will by times where you have to pick up your rabbit, but when you are still trying to bond with your rabbit try not too because rabbits have an instinct that when they get picked up they  are getting picked up by a predator. so at first try not to pick up your rabbit.

next 

 make sure they have a choice to go away when bonding with your rabbit make sure they can go hide or don't HAVE to come to you it helps  them feel  safe around you 

then 

Reward them when they come to you. when bonding with your rabbit don't go to them let them come to you. all you need to do is get down on their level and sit there. you need to lay down on their level because rabbit feel intimated when you hover above them. then be patient it takes time for the to come to you. then when they come to you reward them with a small treat, but don't pet them as they might run away at first. 

then 

Once they have gotten used to them coming to you you can gently pet them but don't pick them up they might run away the first couple times but eventually they will be just fine and love you petting them.

finally 

you can train you can do fun activities such as positive reinforcement training cuddles ect..
